dental and other health care services at a discounted price. Renaissance makes
no direct payments to the health care providers for services or products. Members
of Renaissance are responsible for paying for all health care services and
products but will receive a discount from any health care provider affiliated with Renaissance and its affiliated networks, including DenteMax, EyeMed Vision
Care
SM, Caremark®, and Beltone™.
The Renaissance Healthy Savings Card is not available in California, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland. Licensure has been applied for in Florida.
